Weight Lifting was today’s Olympic outing at Excel. Never been to weight lifting before, we loved it, great crowds,  fantastic atmosphere and lots of nervous highs and lows !

Excel, on the other hand , was not nice. Poor food,drink and atmosphere.It was so corporate I thought we’d suffocate.

However we came across treasure on the way out…from one extreme to the other !The kids LOVED it, really wish we could show more of this at our Olympics…this is more in tune with what London’s about !
